While I ’m not as edacious a reader as I used to be , novels were my first entry intofantasyand scientific discipline fiction and remain my favorite path to escape into another world . This preceding year had an unbelievable array ofwonderful bookspublished , and I ’m enthrall to deal some of my favorite from 2022 .
My tastes tend towards theobviously queen , the slightlyhard to read , thefantastically epic , and the swooningly romantic . Whether that’sromanceas in fealty or love story as in smooching is up for argumentation , but irrespective , here are 13 books that I devour this retiring year . ( Including two improver from io9 ’s Cheryl Eddy and one from io9 ’s Sabina Graves ! )
