Hailey Biebermay make headlines with herdate-night looks,wedding fashionandskincare brand, but she’s not the only Baldwin daughter making a mark.
It’s clear the Baldwins are a tight-knit bunch. Alaia was in Hailey’s wedding toJustin Bieberin 2019, returning the favor after Hailey served as her maid of honor at Alaia’s wedding to producer Andrew Aronow in 2017. Alaia wasborn on Jan. 23, 1993, making her almost four years older than Hailey, who was born on Nov. 22, 1996.
In honor of Hailey’s 25th birthday in 2021, Alaia posted a series ofsweet images of herself and Hailey. She wrote in the caption, “I’m so proud to see the woman that you have become. It has been incredible to watch you grow into your own.”

Alaia and Hailey are the daughters of actorStephen Baldwinandgraphic designer Kennya Baldwin. Thefamily’s no stranger to show business: Stephen’s brothers areAlec Baldwin,Daniel Baldwin and Billy Baldwin, all of whom are actors. Though Kennya isn’t in the entertainment industry herself, her father is the Grammy-winning musician Eumir Deodato.
Though their father was a famous actor, Hailey has shared that she and Alaia had a normal childhood, largely away from the spotlight. “That was always a reality,” Hailey said in a 2017 interview. “But because of the way my parents raised my sister and me, that was always separate — that was Dad’s work life. When we were home, we were just home, hanging out.”

Their weddingtook place at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Hudson Valley, New York. Along with maid of honor Hailey, Alaia also included cousinIreland Baldwinin her bridal party. The bridesmaids wore long black gowns, while Alaia donned a ruffled white strapless dress and floor-sweeping veil.
Alaia and Andrew have a daughter together

On Aug. 17, 2020, the Baldwin family welcomed a new member: a daughter. “Welcome to the world Iris Elle Aronow! We couldn’t be more thrilled to finally meet you,” proud dad Aronow wrote on Instagram.
Hailey also shared her excitement, writing, “Been hard to keep this to myself, my beautiful niece is here and she is PERFECT. Auntie Hails loves you sooooo much,” on her Instagram story.

The family recently celebrated Iris’ 3rd birthday. Alaia shareda heartfelt Instagram postin honor of the occasion, writing, “You make me so proud to be your mom every day. Like Hailey, Alaia is also afashion model. She’s modeled for Philipp Plein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein. She’s also appeared in Harper’s Bazaar and Grazia magazines.
She spoke toMarie Claireabout her approach to modeling in 2016. “One of my ambitions is to take this career and view it as art," she shared. “I think that’s sort of a lost concept because everyone is so focused on social media and making money. At the end of the day when I get frustrated and get upset, I remember how much I love getting into character and creating a fashion story.”
She’s an advocate working to raise awareness of endometriosis

Alaia has been public about her experiences withendometriosis, a disease in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. It can cause severe pelvic pain, according to the World Health Organization.
“It was a really, really fast road to just very, very intense pain,” she shared. “It just happened overnight, pretty much.”
Alaia is also anambassador for The Endometriosis Foundation of Americaand frequently sharesposts on her Instagramraising awareness of the condition.
She’s close with her cousin Ireland Baldwin

Alaia is clearly close with her cousinIreland Baldwin, daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger. Ireland has spoken about their close relationship in interviews, evencrediting Alaia with saving her lifeduring a dark period.
“(Alaia) was the one who booked the ticket from New York and came to L.A. to see me,” she shared onRed Table Talkin 2022. “She was like, ‘Something’s up. … I sense something.’ She saved my life. I think I would have committed suicide, or I would have been dead for sure. I was so close. I could feel it getting to that point. And she saved my life. She pulled me out of it.”
