Ariana Madixhas found aBunchof new pals in theDancing with the Starscast.
After theVanderpump Rulesstar, 38, has weathered shockingscandalsamong her friend group on the Bravo series, she’s happy to have found support and laughter with the cast members of ABC’s ballroom competition.
“Everyone is super, super nice and everyone is all really supportive of each other,” she tells PEOPLE ahead of Disney100 Night — the celebrities' fourth week ofseason 32.
“I was really excited to meet Barry because growing up I was a bigBrady Bunchfan, and he’s the absolute sweetest. He’s incredible,” she shares.

Madix adds, “And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my girlLele [Pons]that I met only a few weeks ago.”
She continues, “I love her so much and we’ve just been kind of like in each other’s corners with this whole process. We were tango sistersthe first week, then we were samba sistersthe second week…. I love watching her and supporting her. I think she’s killing it. And she’s just been really supportive of me too.”
During her time onDWTS, Madix has been closing the chapter on a painful period of public attention following her exTom Sandoval’smonths-long affairwith their friend and costarRachel “Raquel” Leviss.
TheSingle AF Cocktailsauthor — who recentlyteamed up with Red Robinto launch a “wild” Burgertini cocktail — will be channeling Elsa fromFrozen 2this week with a contemporary dance to"Into the Unknown.“She says diving into the rehearsal process then stepping into the ballroom floor to perform for America has been freeing.
“I mean, not every day is all fun all the time, but I’ve always really enjoyed creative self- expression and healing through creative self-expression,” she shares. “I think that with dancing, that is something that I’ve really been experiencing and I just want to keep that going. I love it so much and I do feel really free out there and I am really having the time of my life.”
