Walsh went on to add together that the Labor Department , a cornerstone of some of thepro - worker promisesthat Biden campaign on in the 2020 presidential subspecies , is “ lookinginto ” these political platform , note that “ in a lot of cases gig workers shouldbe sort out as employees , ” even if these society think otherwise .
