Back in the olden day of picture taking , big box cameras had slow as snails shutters so it was nearly impossible to get kids to sit still for the duration of the long vulnerability . If they moved , the characterization would be hazy ! So what was the old photog resolution ? Why let ’s have their mothers shroud under blanket and blend into the background to ease the kid !
It ’s pretty hilarious ( and also very frightening ) how horribly hidden these mothers were . With the younger kids , they just cover themselves with a black cloth or cover behind some drapery . With slightly older kids , you ’ll see mothers pretend to be furniture . Either way , I ’m so thankful camera technology has improve so I do n’t have to do this with my future nestling .
