“ With The Faculty , it was like , ‘ You cat , this is gon na be huge . Look at all these successes around us , ’ like She ’s All That andScream . And it was also Dimension , which was doing really well , that studio apartment . And then Tommy Hilfiger was doing our run ! So we all thought it was gon na be huge . And then it flex out it was n’t so Brobdingnagian . We thought it was gon na be massive . I think it was a Christmas opening , and then not so big . ”

Despite the film ’s box office numbers not hitting its goals and not catapulting her and the residuum of the mould into quick superstardom , the actress sees a silver medal lining in the position .
“ Being on set , it was my first time shoot a pic ever , but also we were in Austin , Texas and working withRobert Rodriguezand Salma Hayek was in it , and Jon Stewart would quiz his cloth on us , his comedic procedure . It was so much fun . I loved working on that flick . ”
As a first - time actress working alongside industriousness veterans such as Salma Hayek , Elijah Wood , Josh Hartnett , Jon Stewart , and Usher , I am sure she was excited to have the experience . The pic has also become a bite of a cult classic among horror fans , and sometimes that ’s the good you may ask for .
