We ’ve been in San Francisco for the past few sidereal day , get away the excruciatingly humid New York summer , working on some non - Gizmodo projects ( pant ! ) , and catching up with friend here . Last night , while walking back from dinner with Paul Boutin and his lovely wife Christina Noren , we communicate a gigantic bogus Pocket PC in a windowpane exhibit of the CompUSA on Market Street with the follow error notification on it ( which add to the fun , was displayed vertically ):
We could n’t communicate up the photo op , so we bucket along back to Paul and Christina ’s loft , jumped into their vintage Studebaker Avanti , and drove off to the lieu where I ’m staying in the Mission to break up up my digital camera .
All the tourists walking by thought we were crazy . They obviously do n’t know what it ’s like to delete a gadget web log .
