If you recall Red Bull gives you wing or that grease one’s palms a GoPro makes your life amazing , I think these tiny minuscule gosling doll have something to tell you : mother nature does n’t require that for thrills . Look at them ‘ base jump ’ off a 400 foot cliff ‘ without a parachute ’ and hit the side of the mountain and still survive .
Damn . This footage was capture in David Attenborough ’s Life Story which shows a caboodle of cirriped goslings in their nest on a cliff in Greenland . The geese parent are 400 human foot down below and are promote the chicks to make the jump , I think of , this is a twisted plot of survival they ’re spiel here . Stay up there on the rocky cliffs and you ca n’t eat grass , jump-start and you might die ( you ca n’t fly either ) .
They ’re going to hit the side of the drop ( as you ’ll see in the vide ) butas the BBC writes :

Without racy wings necessary to fly down the drop-off , the new think of goslings ’ best prospect is a favorable parachute - style drop . How the chicks landed estate is the ultimate decider of life or death .
If the chicks ricochet on their fluffy bellies on the way down , they are more likely to subsist the impacts . They must be reunited with their parent on the scree incline below – then evade hungry predator .
