Maria Menounoslittle girl has met a major pop star.
OnMonday’s episodeof theHeal Squadpodcast, the new mom and host, 45, opened up about bringingdaughter Athena, 4 months, to an event where she had the chance to meetJustin BieberandHailey Baldwin Bieber.
“I got home, I had promised Anastasia, the eyebrow guru that I would come to an event at her house. So I just brought Athena with me and everyone was goo-goo gaga over her,” the proud mom shared.
“And I’ll just let you all know, exclusive, her new bestie in this world is Justin Bieber,” she laughed.

“Funny enough, Justin was there with Hailey and I went up and said hello. And he’s like, ‘I haven’t seen you in so long,’ " she shared, explaining it’d been a few years since they saw each other last.
“So we were chit-chatting and he was obsessed with Athena,” Menounos continued. “And I just started doing a voice, as if it was Athena talking, and I’m like, ‘Uncle Justin, everybody knows Mommy because of hercrazy laugh videowith you.'”
“And he started dying and Hailey was like, ‘Oh my God, that’s so viral,’ " she laughed. “Then he was just looking at me and looking at her and he’s like, ‘Can I hold her?’ And I’m like, ‘Of course.'”
Menounos was impressed that Bieber was “so good with her and so cute,” adding, “I took a picture of them just for myself to have. I was like, ‘If this picture goes out, it’s gonna go everywhere.’ But that was not my intention to take it, it’s just the little moments like that, and I’m keeping it to myself. But he was very sweet with her and had such good energy.”
“Hailey’s just so sweet too,” she added. “So we had a nice time.”

“It’s funny, I looked back … when I told Kevin I was pregnant and I was already calling her Athena in that video. I didn’t even realize,” she told Consuelos. “[Athena is] the goddess of war and wisdom and courage and strength, all of those wonderful things.”
“Her middle name, Alexandra, is the defender of humankind. I didn’t put all that stuff together, so it’s kind of crazy.”
