Truely’s birthday celebration came as momChristine announced her engagementtoDavid Woolleyexclusively to PEOPLE. In an Instagram post, Brown shared, “We’re engaged! David popped the question VERY romantically, and I said YES! I’m so excited and just live in bliss every day!”
